Lead actor Devale confirmed the return of Zatima Season 3 while responding to a fan on his Instagram post. And the viewers were more than relieved after reading the actor's comment.

On April 22, 2023, the actor took to his Instagram to share a hilarious clip from the series featuring Zac and his two friends, Nate and Tony.

In the comment section, a user wrote, "My feelings was hurt when I went on BETplus to watch Zatima last night and last week was the season finale."

To fans' surprise, Devale did reply to the fan writing, "That was just the mid season finally. You get 10 more episodes for season 2 and we film season 3 in August."

A separate individual wrote that the news made his day as he was also upset about the season finale. Another fan thanked the actor for clarifying the confusion.

"@iamdevale my guy!!! I knew y'all wouldn't leave us hanging lol! My mom and I both watch it faithfully!" another added.

The mid-season finale of Season 2 saw a breakup leaving a door open. The last episode (E10) was titled "The Good With The Bad," which aired on Thursday, April 13, 2023, on BETplus.

Zatima made its highly-anticipated return for the concluding part of Season 2 on August 24, 2023, treating fans to a double dose of excitement every Thursday as it released two episodes per week.

As of now, Season 2 has already aired four episodes, and the drama continues with episodes 15 and 16 set to premiere on September 7.

Given that there are 10 additional episodes following the mid-season finale, Season 2 will conclude on September 21.
