Will Zalatoris appreciates his parents, Richard and Catherine Zalatoris, as they are the reason Will Zalatoris is where he is. They raised Will in Plano, Texas. From there onwards, Will's career as a PGA Tour Professional golfer began.

[3] In 2017, he was a member of the United States Walker Cup squad, alongside future PGA Tour champions Collin Morikawa and Cameron Champ. Then, Zalatoris dropped out of school after his junior year to pursue a career.

Will Zalatoris Career Details Explored

As for Will Zalatoris's career, he turned professional in 2018, Zalatoris went pro, but he didn't get it past the first stage of the Korn Ferry Tour Q School.

Zalatoris relied on Monday qualifying and sponsor exemptions to compete in Korn Ferry Tour events in 2019. On July 7, he earned full membership for the 2020 season after tying for third in the LECOM Health Challenge. He finished the regular season 60th in points and earned full status for the 2020 season.

Moreover, Zalatoris finished second in the Master's Tournament in April 2021 with a score of 9-under-par, one stroke behind winner Hideki Matsuyama, the first male Japanese player to win a major. For the 2020–21 season, Zalatoris was named PGA Tour Rookie of the Year.

In the same manner, he tied for first place in the Farmers Insurance Open after 72 holes in January 2022. When Luke List struck his approach shot to a foot away from the first playoff hole and scored a birdie, he lost a sudden-death playoff to him.
