Fact Check: Why Is Mayim Bialik Leaving Jeopardy? Explore Fans Reactions On Twitter

Mayim has no plans to leave the Jeopardy program as of now. She has always expressed a wish to work full-time if given a chance. 

Bialik was named as the host of the primetime version of Jeopardy! in August 2021.

Later that month, after Mike Richards stepped down as host of the show's syndicated version, Bialik began hosting that version as well, sharing duties with Ken Jennings.

Jeopardy!, hosted by Merv Griffin, is an American television game show. The show features a quiz competition in which competitors are given general knowledge cues in the form of answers and must respond to questions.

Many viewers are anxious to see who will be selected as Jeopardy permanent !'s host while the show is in the middle of its current season. Mayim has lately stated that she would "love" to return to the performance in the coveted role.

According to several Twitter users, Mayim is simply not the ideal candidate for the job. Furthermore, some have stated that if Mayim is named the next Jeopardy! They'll stop watching the show, host.

Mayim revealed to Entertainment Tonight on March 13 that she won't be recording any new episodes until later this spring. However, she has no idea what will happen when she finishes. 

On the other hand, other users have expressed support for Mayim being named the next host, citing that she would be the first woman to do so. Mayim's destiny will not be revealed until the end of Season 38.
