Jonathon Dornbush is leaving IGN and shared the last episode of the show Beyond! on August 25, 2022. 

Jonathon Dornbush is IGN's Senior Features Editor. Besides this, he is the anchor of Podcast Beyond! and a casting associate of Next-Gen Console Watch. Jonathon started his journey at IGN on the news desk in 2016.

He shouted from the rafters about his passion for Crash Bandicoot, Kingdom Hearts, and Fast and Furious. The host ultimately found experienced reasons to cover all three professionally. After that, he moved to the Features desk, where he helped IGN's Art of the Level series.

Jonathon served for more than six years in IGN Entertainment. He first made an impression as associate editor, news editor, host, and producer. Later, the host became a senior news editor, host, and producer. He worked as a senior features editor.

After almost four years as host, Jonathon is quitting IGN and Beyond! As a result, Mark and Jada wanted to send Jonathon off by stepping down the memory route and discussing PlayStation and IGN recollections with each other.

They talked about what's to come in the world of PlayStation in the future. Even the host reflected on his time hosting Beyond! They attempt to creep in a few news talks about the DualSense Edge, the PSVR 2 launch window. Also, the host had some surprising PlayStation movie modifications.

This week's episode is more thoughtful and personal for the whole team. The crew member will be back to regular PlayStation back-and-forths next week.

Senior Editor Jonathon Dornbush Career So Far

Dornbush started his career as an intern of the video team in polygon in New York, NY, in May 2013. He used to assist the video crew on on-location projections, including New York offshoots and videos at E3. As an intern, he discovered to work with Adobe slate of software and rehearsed on shows such as Speed Run and Cooperatives. Even the editor hosted one episode of Speed Run. 

In January 2013, Dornbush joined Washington Square News as Editor-in-Chief in New York, NY. He used to handle and manage the daily scope production of the print edition of the news and its websites. Previously, Jonathan served as an editorial intern at Polygon in February 2014. He used to help the editorial team with the investigation, transcriptions, and work on video and written projects. He even wrote several culture and opinion articles. The editor covered two E3s with the team, supporting overall coverage, interviews, and video work. 

In January 2015, he was recruited as assistant editor at Entertainment Weekly. Before that, Jonathan was an intern at the company who organized daily news reports covering film, TV, music, and video games.
