Where Is Ciao House Filmed In Tuscany?

Ciao House is filmed in a villa in Borgo San Lorenzo, Tuscany, Italy. The villa has ten bedrooms and bathrooms with a backyard pool.
Food Network's newest culinary competition show, Ciao House, follows ten aspiring chefs competing with each other as individuals and in teams showcasing their mastery of Italian cooking.
The eight-episode series premiered on Sunday, April 16, 2023, on Food Network and Discovery+.
Competitors for Ciao House Season 1 include Omar Ashley, Corey Becker, Saba Duffy, Trenica Johnson, Jess Mahoney, Preston Paine, Sarah Raffetto, Justin Robinson, Natalia Rosario, and Matt Wasson.
Network vet Alex Guarnaschelli and Tuscan-born Gabriel Bertaccini serve as the judge and host of this life-changing culinary show.
The season finale is scheduled for June 2, 2023, where the final two contestants will face off in a cooking duel standing in the Tuscan villa to determine who wins the top prize.
Where Is Ciao House Filmed?
Ciao House is filmed in a lavish 10-bedroom villa in Tuscany, Italy. The villa is a 14th-century Tuscan beauty located in Borgo San Lorenzo.
In the premiere episode, Hosts Guarnaschelli and Bertaccini welcomed the ten chefs into the luxurious villa, where they would live together and be challenged on their expertise.
While competing in the challenges, delivering their skills in Italian cuisine, the up-and-coming chefs will have to navigate their social skills in selecting their teams to form alliances.
A preview clip of the premiere episode teased what viewers can expect from Ciao House. The chefs headed to the Tuscan villa in a red car and were thrilled when they arrived.
The contestants termed the grand villa as "crazy," "nuts," and "out for their dreams."
Located in Borgo San Lorenzo, the 14th-century Tuscan beauty includes 10 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms. The mansion is a yellow estate with tall ceilings and original frescos.
As soon as the chefs entered the villa, paintings, structures, and mural ceilings took to the screen, acquiring exclamations of satisfaction, awe, and intrigue from the group.
Inside the Cioa House Tuscan villa
The yellow estate features Renaissance details and wooden doors with fancy knobs. It has a unique collection of cupboards, showpieces, flowers, paintings, and many more.
While the inside is impressive, the villa offers an expansive backyard with a massive pool.
The contestants then entered the kitchen, and as to be expected, they were all smitten with it. It has a fireplace where the chefs can cook authentic barbecues and many more dishes.
The two ends of the kitchen are separated by a wooden center table with shelves beneath to fit large containers and plates.
Additional images of the space show the ornate details of the mansion continue throughout. Jaw-dropping marble bathtubs, plush couches, and lavish chandeliers adorn the bathrooms.
Unlike other Food Network culinary shows, such as Tournament of Champions and Holiday Gingerbread Showdown, Ciao House presents a unique turn to the competition where the chefs live together.
Ciao House Contestants Live On Location
The ten up-and-coming chefs featured on Ciao House come from different locations to prove their expertise.
