He was born on 1975.to father, Nicholas H. Politan who was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. He also has a brother who is a corporate attorney.
He graduated in 1993 from West Orange High School which is located at West Orange, New Jersey. There he was made the captain of the basketball team because of his awesome playing skills and a robust body.
Later he joined Stanford University in Palo Alto, California to pursue an AB in Communication. Then he joined Seton Hall University School of Law in Newark, New Jersey.
