Richard Neale Hedeman, AKA Tuff Hedeman, an American former professional rodeo cowboy who specialized in bull riding, was born on March 2, 1963. He triumphed in the bull riding world championships of the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association (PRCA) three times (1986, 1989, and 1991), as well as the Professional Bull Riders (PBR) world championship in 1995.
Hedeman also had a few epic battles with the famed bucking bull Bodacious. Later, he served as President of the PBR and an ambassador for Championship Bull Riding (CBR). In 2018, he founded his own bull riding firm, Tuff Hedeman Bull Riding Tour (THBRT).
