Tony Gaskins and Wife Sheri Gaskins Wrote A Book Together

Tony Gaskins wife Sheri Gaskins is a lifestyle blogger, content creator, and party planner extraordinaire. She was born on September 26, 1986, in Jamaica and is 36 years old.

Her mother is Jamaican, and her father is Indian Jamaican. She moved to the US as a child and has lived there ever since.

After high school, she attended the University of South Florida and earned a B.S. in Biomedical Science and a master's in Medical Science because she wanted to be a doctor.

However, it didn't go as planned, and she found her passion in blogging.

Her blogging career goes back to 2012 when she launched her blog "Sheri Gaskins: I Want It All," where she uploaded blog posts about marriage, motherhood, D.I.Y., and herself.

By May of that year, she launched her first blog post, Move over nudes... Time for COLOR!! She then launched her self-titled YouTube channel in July 2013.

In October, she shared her first YouTube video, 20-week bump update, featuring her hubby. She usually shares family-centered content on her channel, such as weekend and vacation vlogs.

In January 2014, she posted her channel's most popular video, Sheri and Tony Gaskins bump update 31 weeks, which has attained 40k views.

She married Gaskins in 2007 when she was 20 years and a sophomore in college. And now, a mother of two, she helps her husband manage their companies while taking care of their kids.

Moreover, she continues to inspire people with her relationship, mom life, home, and fashion content.

Tony and Sheri first met when they were in college. The Couples Retreat coach was only 21 at the time.

Married for 16 years, the loving couple draws on their own relationship successes and failures to inspire others. They hardly get into an argument and are each other's best friends.

They first met in college

Talking to Essence, Gaskins said he was looking for a partner since he was 16. He felt a woman brings stability and balance to a man's life, and he had to have order before he could have success.

He had seen men making money without a spouse but had never seen money buying peace or happiness. "I wanted both," he gushed.

At such a young age, he didn't know what a good partner would look like but believed he would know when he met her. And the time came when he was 21 and met Sheri in college.

They married at a young age

The power couple married on March 30, 2007, when Tony was 23 and Sheri was 20. 2023 marked their 16th marriage anniversary.

Gaskins celebrated their anniversary by sharing a video on his Instagram showcasing beautiful moments of him and his spouse. He said being married for 16 years was his greatest accomplishment.

When he first met his wife, he was clear he didn't have to wait until he was 30 to figure it out. They talked for hours on their first date, and when they parted, he knew she was his life partner.

They married in the courthouse because he couldn't afford a big wedding. The ring he put on his partner's finger cost $69.

The Gaskins wrote a book together

The Gaskins released their book, A Woman's Influence, on April 7, 2020. The book is available on Amazon.

The book centers on the hard-hitting truths about a woman's indisputable influence on a relationship and the power she possesses to change her man for the better.

Gaskins and his other half explore a woman's positive impact on a relationship in this practical guide that walks readers through a series of lessons on making personal changes to foster healthy relationships.

In the book, the pair draw on their own relationship experince as they look into the 18 time-tested truths about how a woman can shift a relationship for the better if used correctly.

Gaskins share two sons, Tony Gaskins III and Tayden Gaskins, with his beloved spouse. The young boys are seven years apart.

Their eldest son, Tony, is in 10th grade and the youngest son is in 3rd grade.

The pair welcomed their first child on April 26, 2007. He was a preemie baby, born in 7 months so he spent 3 and a half months in the NICU.

His first three years were rough and they spent a lot of time in the doctor's office and emergency rooms. Later, his health started getting better and now he is a young and healthy teenager.

The blogger marked her firstborn's 15th birthday on April 26, 2022, on IG. "Happy 15th bday @tonygaskins3!! Can't believe my first baby is 15!" she wrote in the caption.

The youngest addition to the family, Tayden, arrived on March 7, 2014 -he is now eight years old.

Before having Tayden, Sheri competed in fitness competitions in the bikini division. And at some point, she would like to compete again just to show herself she can do it.

With two boys, the Gaskins are leading a blissful life. The pair say they feel very blessed and fortunate to have T (their firstborn) and baby Tayden.
