According to SenalNews, the film developed over €1.7 million into the economy.

Johann Grech, Malta Film Commissioner, felt honored as the producers selected the locations year after year.

Even Leif Bristow, a producer, has professional film-making experience working with Grech and look forward to shooting more project in the beautiful location.

One of the locations, Phoenicia Malta, has been used as the luxury hotel where they set the competitive ballroom dance.

As per the actor's Instagram location, they shot some scenes in the capital city of Valletta. It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site renowned for its stunning architecture, fortified walls, and narrow streets.

The city showcases numerous historical sites, including St. John's Co-Cathedral and the Grand Master's Palace.

The actor shared the clips of a throwback to filming in Valletta, Malta, on March 2023. He added he could not wait for people to see his movie. At that time, it was in postproduction.

The cast and the crew have worked hard on the film for three years.

Even the actress Lacey posted the morning view from Malta. She expressed she is enjoying filming in this beautiful place and is thankful for the experience.

She even added she had been a professional actress nearly all her life, and apparently, she still has no idea where to look for a selfie in the beautiful destination.

The hallmark movie Mix Up in the Mediterranean and To Catch a Spy has also been shot in Malta.

Lacey Chabert As Detective Constance Bailey

Chabert played the role of Detective Constance Bailey, who preferred to work alone.

After the Aston International CEO has murdered at a luxury hotel in Malta right before the company's corporate event, she was hired as an undercover agent.

Although Beiley doesn't like to play in a team, she worked with the dancer teacher Sabistan.

They participate in high-stakes ballroom competitions as a married couple.

Will praised the performance of Lacey and mentioned she is fantastic because she jumps in wholeheartedly.

The Purvis-born actress began acting at an early age in her hometown in Mississippi.

In 1991, she debuted in the TV movie A Little Piece of Heaven as Princess Hazal.

Recently, she worked in The Crossword Mysteries, The Wedding Viel Expectations, and Haul Out The Holly.

Besides acting, she was the executive producer of A Wish For Christmas, Love on Safari, The Christmas Waltz, and writer of Sweet Carolina. 

Will Kemp As Sebastian Moore

Kemp appeared as Sebastian Moore, a professional dance teacher.

The officer chose Sebastian to work undercover with Detective Bailey to solve the murder mystery of the CEO of Aston International.

His job is to make sure that Detective Bailey is convincing. He also pretends as the husband of the detective.

From an early age, Will Kemp shared his passion for dancing and earned a Royal Ballet Senior place.

In 1998, the dancer was cast in Swan Lake and later gained the lead role of Swan.

Afterward, he worked in various movies and TV shows. His recent shows are Jolly Good Christmas, The Princess Switch 3, and Barbarians.

Two days ago, Mark Aston, the CEO of Aston International, was found murdered at the hotel before the company event, a high-stakes ballroom competition in Malta.

The officer believed the killer was in the event and needed someone to work undercover.

As a result, they chose Detective Constance Bailey as the one who had never danced a day in her life.

They found her a dance partner, Sebastian Moore, who will also play her husband.

They are down to start digging, as they need to get to know their suspects and participate in the ballroom dance.

Although the suspect felt they were a lovely couple, they believed the pair asked many questions.
