Mena portrays reputed doctor Raven Fields who hired an associate to manged her work pressure. As a result, she trusted young women and thought of her as a perfect girl.

Unfortunately, their relationship takes a shocking turn, and the character loses everything in her life due to her obsession. 

The trailer also opens with the Stepmother star performing a delivery. It implies she has struggled with the work and needs to employ an attendant for her workload issues. 

The new associate does not seem to display positive signs with her obsessive behavior. The scene suggests the doctor is in trouble; her life is in danger. 

The actress gave a powerful performance capturing the character's tension and stress.

Parker McKenna Posey As Annie

Parker McKenna Posey played the role of Annie as the assistant of renowned doctor Fields. 

She appeared as the young and cheerful lady who turned out as the person who disrupted the doctor's peace. She flourished the compulsive qualities in the movie with her brilliant act.

Erica Hubbard As Tiyana

Hubbard played the role of Tiyana in the movie. She appeared as the Raven's friend who warned her about the new assistant.
