Who Is Tehmeh-Sioh? Nyonisela Sioh Ex Wife Sues NeNe Leakes and Here is Why

In the $100,000 complaint, Nyonisela's ex-wife also claimed that NeNe purposefully uploaded images of herself with Nyonisela, "humiliating" Malomine and bringing the former husband and wife's marriage to an end.

Malomine Tehmeh-Sioh, the ex-wife of NeNe's current lover, Nyonisela Sioh, claimed the 54-year-old former RHOA star hooked up with Nyonisela. At the same time, the couple was still married, according to recent legal docs.

On November 10, 2016, the estranged couple married and have a son named Nyoni, 11 years old.

Tehmeh-Sioh, who named the date of her divorce as December 17, 2021, also mentions in the lawsuit that Leakes had uploaded images of her and Sioh enjoying her birthday together on December 15 before his divorce.

Malomine will have to prove that her marriage to Nyonisela disintegrated due to his affair with NeNe in North Carolina, one of just seven states that allow an individual to sue their spouse's adulterous partner. For "loss of affection."

Tehmeh-Sioh alleges that Leakes and Sioh "engaged in an ongoing amorous, unrestrained, and adulterous affair without his wife's knowledge or consent." Sioh, a fashion designer, "repeatedly lied to [her] about his whereabouts," she claims.

Tehmen-Sioh claims that Leakes' active social media presence, including many Sioh posts, caused her emotional pain, shame, and even loss of affection for Sioh.

In December 2021, the RHOA alum made it official on Instagram with Sioh. Sioh brought excitement to Leakes' life while she was suffering the loss of her late husband, Gregg Leakes, a source told PEOPLE.

She's suing for more than $100,000 in damages for the breakdown of her marriage, which is a valid basis for suing in North Carolina.

PEOPLE reached out to Leakes for comment on the case, but she did not respond right away.
