Stephen Bailey and his partner Rich Taylor agreed to participate in the show 'Unbreakables' because they wanted to try something new.

They wanted to spend time together away from their busy schedules but also felt they had something to prove.

While shows like Jack Rooke's Big Boys and the Netflix sensation Heartstopper are laying the groundwork for more TV shows to focus on LGBTQ+ lives, Stephen believes that it's still uncommon to see people and their relationships normalized, as opposed to stereotyped, in mainstream entertainment.

Even though Stephen had been a fixture on the comedy circuit for years and appeared in Would I Lie To You and Celebs on the Farm. This subdued homophobia still permeates his professional life.

Who Is Rich Taylor?

Rich Taylor is Senior Employment Lawyer and Employment Investigations Specialist. He started his career as a Trainee Solicitor at Pinsent Masons in 2010, which went on for two years.

In September 2012, he went to work as an Employment and Pensions Associate at Slaughter and May.

As an Employment Associate, he served at Baker & McKenzie for almost four years from 2015. His tasks included providing strategic, commercial advice and support to Employers and HR Lead about large multi-jurisdictional projects; Corporate Transactions; UK Employment Tribunal and High Court Litigation; and general day-to-day HR matters.

For almost a year in 2021, he was a Senior Director for Fair Employment Practices at NBC Universal. He offered domestic and international productions, corporate offices, and training on diversity and respect in the workplace and served as an unbiased investigator of such issues as they arose.

On that week's episode of House of Games, comedian Stephen Bailey, Amanda Lamb, Nick Moran, and Crystelle Pereira put their general knowledge to the test.
