Stephanie Izard weight loss is through her healthy recipes and diet. She lost significant weight after the birth of their son.

Despite not initially foreseeing a career in cooking, she pursued her mother's passion.

As a result, she became the owner of several popular restaurants in Chicago, such as Little Goat, Girl & the Goat, Duck Duck Goat, and Cabra.

Additionally, she has an inspiring history from the starting phase of her career at her father's hardware store to joining the culinary school and opening her first restaurant with the help of her loved ones.
