As per a video on TikTok, Chen met the other guy and he was hitting on the girls. All the girls told him that Michael was their boyfriend after which the unnamed man asked him how did he pull off those girls so easily.
Michael replied to the man to be himself and then, he will do well. Next, the unidentified man attacked him from the backside and injured his neck.
The girls took him to the hospital and he has now got stitches. He is healing slowly and amid it, fans are confused why he was attacked, due to Asian hate or jealousy.
Even Chen himself is baffled by the reason behind the sudden brutal attack.
