Singer KT Tunstall Partner/Husband Luke Bullen Relationship Timeline, Do They Have Any Kids?

Luke Bullen and KT Tunstall were formerly married. Unfortunately, running through several causes, the pair divorced in less than five years of marriage.

Before being divorced at the beginning of 2013, the couple had already been living apart since "August/September" of 2012, according to the singer's spokesman to DailyRecord.co.uk.

When the tabloids reported on their divorce, the newspaper eventually got in touch with the court and learned that Luke had requested a divorce due to KT's "unreasonable behavior."

The judge ordered KT to cover the expenses of Luke's application after finding that she had acted in a way that prevented Luke from being "reasonably anticipated" to reside with her.

Unknown factors could have split the object. But KT was devastated after losing her father, David, a physics instructor at St. Andrews University, in August.  According to insiders, his passing caused her to reconsider her relationship with Luke.

When Luke was a drummer in her backup band, the singer Suddenly I See fell in love with him. They married on Skye the following September after being engaged on Christmas Day in 2007.

Later, they spent five days celebrating their marriage at the four-star Flodigarry Country House Hotel, surrounded by the island's breathtaking natural environment. Later, live music featuring '80s songs, traditional country dance, and Scottish folk music was played for the guests to enjoy during the couple's special day.

The 46-year-old KT at that time expressed her desire to have children with Luke and said he has helped her stay "on the straight and narrow" and become more self-reliant.

Additionally, if her experience indicates, she might find inspiration from her failed marriage. Before getting married, KT admitted that their brief breakup had improved her writing.

People believed that the Scottish singer married Alexander Preston on February 5, 2015. They have been dating since 2012. 

She said she had found her new love in 2016, before the publication of her album KIN, but it did not take her long enough. Although she told her new love was not a prominent personality, she didn't provide any more detail.

KT, however, wants to have kids with her former husband, Luke, but unfortunately, the couple divorced only after five years and didn't share any kids. She also disclosed that she does not have children and has no immediate plans to leave her singing career for a family.

She said,' I understood I didn't want children. I adore kids and enjoy spending time with them, but I never wanted to have my own. I had created a non-traditional existence through my music, yet I had ended up in a conventional setting."

In a November 2018 interview, KT discussed her sexuality in detail, claiming that she has "never considered myself a locked-down straight person" and has "relationships with ladies."

Tunstall underwent surgery in April 2007 to treat an undersized kidney issue brought on by a childhood illness. Tunstall first noticed problems with her left ear's hearing in 2008. She has always been concerned about her hearing because one of her brothers has been profoundly deaf since birth.

In July 2021, the veteran singer announced that she would have to cancel her summer tour dates and permanently avoid lengthy runs of closely consecutive performances due to issues with her right ear, which were "exactly how the breakdown of my left ear began." By 2018, the case had advanced to complete left-ear hearing loss and balance issues.

KT Tunstall is a 47-year-old Scottish singer born on June 23, 1975, in Edinburgh, Scotland, UK. She was raised in a good family with proper health care. 

Tunstall's father died in 2002; the death cause is not revealed yet, leading to a new lease on KT's life. She, in an interview, said, "the death of my father was, in many respects, a godsend because it forced me to examine my happiness and sense of self and discover that I wasn't," the woman claims. "I had ticked off all these boxes and done everything I thought would make you happy. And I was depressed."

When Tunstall traced her biological mother, Carol Anne, who was last seen between 1996 and 1998, she discovered that she was wed to cab driver David Orr and had given birth to three more children.

The British National Party has drawn her ire. Because of his choice to run as a BNP candidate in the general election for Livingston in 2010, she openly disowned Orr.  She made an appearance in Long Lost Family's ninth season in 2019. 

By that point, Carol Anne had had enough of the media spotlight and was pleased that KT had moved her to Southern Spain, saying, "She has given me a new lease on life."

She discovered that her second marriage had given birth to two half-sisters, Siobhan and Lesley-Anne, but her biological father, John (last name withheld), had passed away in 2002 (at the age of 49).

David Tunstall, her father, taught physics at St. Andrews University. Her debut album's title, Eye to the Telescope, relates to her use of scientific apparatus in her father's laboratory.

The Scottish singer is active on Instagram with more than 96k fan following and has posted 2143 times. She usually shares her personal and professional life on the media to keep updating her fans.
