Sarah Matthews Bio and Wikipedia As The Deputy Press Secretary Gets Ready For Her Jan 6 Testimony

Sarah Matthews was the former deputy press secretary of the Trump Administration. She started working at the Executive Office of the President in June 2020 and resigned in January 2021, right after the Capitol Riot on January 6.

Currently, Matthews has worked as the Communications Director at the U.S. House of Representatives’ Select Committee on the Climate Crisis in Washington D.C. for over a year and six months.

She worked with the Trump association since June of 2019 and later worked for the Trump Administration during the end of their term.

Graduating from Kent State University with a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Sarah worked her way into the State Administration, starting as an intern for U.S. Senator Rob Portman in 2015.

Sarah Matthews is not yet married and does not have a husband yet. The 27-year-old tried to focus on her work serving her country at the moment.

She was one of the employees at the White House who resigned after stating that she was traumatized by the riot at the Capitol on January 6.

Matthews was born to parents Jeffrey A. Matthews and Heidi R. Matthews in North Canton, Ohio, and raised alongside her sibling Emily C. Hyde.

Although the member of the U.S. House of Representatives Select Committee on the Climate Crisis is busy helping take care of the nation’s pressing issues, we hope the young lady gets into a romantic relationship soon.

Sarah Matthews was present at the scene in the office when a group of rioters swarmed The Capitol and turned everything upside down.

She was one of the many employees who resigned from her position in the Trump Administration office after the incident on January 6 after stating that she felt threatened and traumatized.

The former deputy press secretary formerly addressed the incident on Twitter, declaring it a coup attempt. She also named it one of the darkest days in American history.

Matthews testified at the January 6 hearings giving people a clear idea of the truth behind the scene and what resulted in the riot in the first place, along with another one of the employees at the location.

She recently tweeted talking about the incident that took place, emphasizing the role of Cassidy Hutchinson in how the Trump White House worked to invalidate her testimony about the hearing.

Sarah has been a critical component of the hearings regarding the angry mom that entered the capitol carrying Trump’s agenda.
