Sara Duterte was married to her long-term partner Manases "Mans" R. Carpio on October 27, 2007. 

The beautiful couple met at San Beda University and got married, promising to spend the rest of their lives through thick and thin together.

Duterte and Carpio have been together for more than fifteen years. They also celebrate their wedding anniversary on October 27.

Manases Carpio is a renowned lawyer from the Philippines and currently works as a legal consultant for Lapanday Foods Corp.

Carpio, his wife, and a man named Elijah Pepito founded Carpio & Duterte Lawyers. The firm specializes in business, commercial, and labor litigation. 

As per the elder Duterte, the firm's clients include the tobacco company Mighty Corporation which became a huge matter of discussion among the people.

Sara Duterte was born to her mother, Elizabeth Zimmerman, and her father, Rodrigo Duterte. 

Elizabeth Zimmerman is the 16th president of the Philippines. She was born in the Province of Davao on April 14, 1948.

Her parents are from Tuburan, Cebu, and Hilongos, Leyte. Elizabeth's father fled from Nazi Germany to the Philippines.

She studied at the Ateneo de Davao afterward and worked for Philippine Airlines as a flight stewardess for several years. 

Elizabeth was married to Rodrigo Duterte. She later left him after she caught him in adultery. Their divorce was finalized in 2000. 

Zimmerman was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer in August 2015 but was cancer-free in October 2016. She now works as a breast cancer advocate.

Sara Duterte is a proud mother and blessed with three adorable children. Her ethnicity is unknown as of now.
