Anna is presently engaged to Ryan Leaf, and the couple has a kid, a boy named McGyver Fitzgerald Leaf. Ryan Leaf previously married Nicole Lucia, a Charger cheerleader and the daughter of financial radio station owner Ray Lucia. The couple split in November 2003 and later divorced.

Anna Kleinsorge, 39, is Leaf's current girlfriend as well as his fiancee and the mother of his son, McGyver Fitzgerald Leaf, who was born on October 5, 2017.

Kleinsorge works as a producer for HoneyPot Mafia in Los Angeles; she formerly worked as a model for Wilhelmina International and as an assistant for PRISM Creative Manager.

In 2013, she worked for One Talent Management and interned at Rubenstein Communications; at Paramount Pictures, she was an executive assistant to John Goldwyn. She previously worked as a market research supervisor at Fleischman Field Research in San Francisco, and she interned at Focus Features.
