Mika Kleinschmidt Is Proud Of Her Ethnicity and Heritage

Mika Kleinschmidt is of mixed ethnicity. Her father Thomas was in the military where as her mother Yolanda was a nurse.

Mika has always been very proud of her heritage.

The 39 years old realtor holds an American nationality. She was born and raised in Florida.

Her parents Thomas McGee and Yolanda Pozzi have military backgrounds. Both her father and mother served in the military, due to which Mika had to travel throughout her childhood. 

She changed schools constantly but this taught her to make friends and be open to people. As a part of the military, her father was posted to Iraq and Germany.

The HGTV star also revealed that she got celebrate Faather's Day only a handful of times because they were mostly away from each other.

Reflecting her family background, Mika was born to her parents in Tampa, Florida. Her father is believed to be a military man, while her mother is a nurse.

In contrast, Mika Kleinschmidt was given the name Yamika McGee by her parents. Her husband Brian also has a veteran grandfather. 

He escorted her grandfather on veterans day to Washington DC, which he described as one of the proudest moment of his life.

Reportedly, Mika presently lives with her husband Brian and her daughter Jade. The three-person family currently resides in Riverview Hillsborough County, Florida. 

Multiple reports claimed that Mika and Brian were high school acquaintances, but they only started dating 10 years after graduating from high school. 

Subsequently, on October 10, 2015, they married, and their romance has been continuing strong ever since.

Jade Kleinschmidt is Mika Kleinschmidt's daughter's name. She will soon turn thirteen years old as Jade celebrates her birthday on February 23rd.

Moreover, the daughter of a TV personality is not active on Instagram, but her parents keep on posting about their darling angel on their respective Instagram handle on a daily basis. 

Similarly, her father Brian has uploaded photos of her accompanying her parents on his social media pages. Brian is not Jade's biological father as she was born to Mika's previous partner.
