Megan Faraimo father Bill Faraimo was a Vista High quarterback. Her mother Marcie was a softball and volleyball player for the Panthers.

Megan was born on July 14, 2000, in San Diego, California.

She comes from a family of athletes and her dad is one of seven siblings, all of whom are athletes. 

The softball pitcher studied at Cathedral Catholic High School in San Diego, California, where Megan was a two-sport star, playing volleyball for almost three years and softball for four years.
