Law and Order and Frasier are leaving Peacock in April 2023. Movies like Dear White People and Life of Pi are coming to Peacock in May 2023.

There are many movies and series that always move away from one streaming service to another resulting from the expiration of contracts. 

Streaming service such as Peacock is always trying to provide their streamers and viewers with the movies they would like to binge-watch as much as they want as per the subscription of the viewers. 

But sometimes, the contract with these movies and series expires which leads the movie to be removed from the service. And it is not only for Peacock, services like Paramount Plus, Hulu, Netflix and Vudu also face similar conditions. 

And on the month of this April, Peacock is also removing some movies and series from its library.

Everything Leaving Peacock In April 2023

Fraiser and Law & Order are leaving the streaming service of Peacock in April 2023. These shows have tags stating that they were leaving Peacock in a month. 

But Fraiser and Law & Order are not the only movies that will be moving out the streaming service. There are several other movies and series that will be moving out of the Peacock on the month of April 2023.

The movies and series getting removed by the Peacock's streaming service in the month of April are:

Fraiser is an American sitcom that has been broadcasted on NBC for 11 seasons. The series premiered on September 16, 1993, and ended on the Mat 13, 2004. The series is created as a spin-off of another show called Cheers.

Fraiser shows the story of a psychiatrist named Frasier Crane who is back in his hometown as a radio host.

In the show, Fraiser connects with his retired police officer father and a fellow psychiatrist as a younger brother. 

The main cast for the show included Kelsey Grammer, Jane Leaves, David Hyde Pierce, Peri Gilpin and John Mahoney. The recurring cast of the series included Dan Butler, Marsha Mason, Edward Hibbert and Patrick Kerr.

According to Variety, the new sequel of Fraiser will be produced and streamed on Paramount Plus as they have been given rights for streaming.

So, to take the series along with the new sequel, Fraiser moves from Peacock to Paramount Plus.

Law & Order

Law & Order is an American police process and court drama show that was created by Dick Wolf and produced by Wolf Entertainment and Universal Television.

The series was originally aired on NBC on September 13, 1990. Since then the show completed its twentieth season in 2010. After being on a hiatus for more than a decade, the show was relaunched in 2022. 

Now, the new 23rd season of Law & Order has been renewed by Peacock. But the old seasons of the show will be leaving.

According to one of the Redditors, some of the old seasons of the show will be leaving the show, not all of them. 

The series spin-off Criminal Intent will also leave the service.

But as of 2023, the series can be streamed on streaming services such as Sundance TV, TNT, WE TV, NewsNation, Ion Mystery, BBC America, Bounce TV and Paramount Plus. 

What is Coming To Peacock in May 2023?

As many movies and series leave the Peacock streaming service, many other movies and shows will also continue to be added to the roster. 

According to Digital Trends, new movies will be added to the streaming service for the viewers to binge-watch as per their subscriptions.
