Kwesi Adofo-Mensah is on the way to getting married to his fiance, Chelsea, whom he introduced to the world during his Viking press conference. After his recent involvement with the Minnesota Viking, his personal life has got unusual limelight. 

Mensah is a professional American football executive who serves as general manager of the National Football League's Minnesota Vikings. From 2020 to 2021, he was the Cleveland Browns' vice president of football operations. From 2013 to 2019, he held a number of senior positions with the San Francisco 49ers.

Kwesi Adofo-Mensah once mentioned his fiance Chelsea in an interview given to the Vikings in a press conference. He says he felt everything about the hiring committee and shared this with his other half. Process-driven and detail-oriented, he literally found that he met his people. He was so happy that he was skipping while getting down after the interview. 

His wife-to-be Chelsea asked him if he was okay, to which he replied everything seemed so good. 

Further, the media spotted her with Mensah's mother, Emma, at Indoor Practice Facility at Twin Cities Orthopedics Performance Center. The press conference was going on, and we could two ladies just so proud of their man. She was flaunting her purple hat and was looking beautiful. 

However, this is the only thing known about her at the moment. She has not really featured on her to-be husband's social media account. Similarly, she is also not on any of those herself, publicly.

In late January this year, Kwesi Adofo-Mensah, a Brown's official, and the Minnesota Vikings agreed on terms for him to become their new general manager. According to Cameron Wolfe and Ian Rapoport of NFL Network, Adofo-Mensah has agreed to a four-year, $12 million contract.

At his university, Kwesi once participated in soccer. 2013 saw him complete his undergraduate studies, and the 49ers offered him his first NFL opportunity. He was a manager of football research and development up to 2016. He has a strong awareness of market forces, among his other skills, and drew the attention of Andrew Berry, the general manager of Brown, while working with the San Francisco 49ers.

Adofo-Mensah joined the Cleveland Browns on May 15, 2020, as vice president of football operations, reporting to general manager Andrew Berry.

He oversaw the Browns' selection of LB Jeremiah Owusu-Koramoah and CB Greg Newsome II in the 2021 NFL Draft, two rookies who had an early impact and were named to the league's All-Rookie Team.

The 26th overall pick in the first round, Newsome started 11 games and intercepted nine passes, which is the most by a rookie for the Browns since cornerback Denzel Ward in 2018.

Their 52nd overall pick in the second round, Owusu-Koramoah, started ten games and recorded 76 tackles, two forced fumbles, 1.5 sacks, and three tackles for loss. The only two rookies in the NFL in 2021 with at least 75 tackles and two forced fumbles each were Owusu-Koramoah and LB Micah Parsons.
