Krystle Henderson is Media Journalist, Anchor and Meteorologist who is serving 12 News from last 6 years. She have also received “Emmy Award” for her work as Meteorologists.

Krystle Henderson – A wonderful person, Belly Dancer

Krystle is originally from Chandler but she was raised in Gilbert. Full of life , she used to enjoy dancing since she was two years old. In one of her interviews, she shares that she is a belly dancer. She carries a friendly nature. Meeting new people , greeting them and always carrying a bright smile is her attitude.

She loves animals a lot. Probably, she is also known for sheltering animals as an advocate when she used to live in Southern Oregon. She used to support them by searching for new homes for cats and dogs ,and also she used to help in collecting funds as much as she could.

Krystle owns two bachelor’s degree


It’s all about matter of interest that leads you do more and more in life. This is the same thing that happened with Krystle too. Krystle completed her graduation through Arizona State University in Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Journalism from Walter Cronkite School of Journalism. W.P Carey School is the school where she did minor in Business . She had joined National Honor Society of Journalist where she graduated in ‘Summa cum Laude’.

During last days of her degree at ASU , her interest for weather grew up and she decided to take up one more degree. In 2013, she did Bachelor in Science and Certificate in Broadcast Meteorology from Mississippi State University.

Starting her first job as Carhop at Sonic Drive-in to becoming an Emmy Award winner is really inspiring.

Coming to the point, Krystle embarked her career from KTVL News 10 as an News and Weather Anchor having shifts in weekends. In weekdays, she used to forecast in southern Oregon and  northern California. With four years of her career journey with KTVL, she was able to receive “Associated Press Award” for two different titles.

One she received for ‘Best WeatherCast’ and other one for ‘Best Continuing Coverage’. While at Medford’s, she have hosted a TV series entitled Medford’s Most Wanted. She is one of the Board of Governors of NATAS.

Krystle’s hardwork have made praised by many awards. She has received Rocky mountain Emmy Award for ‘Talent-Anchor-Weather’. In 2016, she was recipient of Talent-Anchor-Traffic title which was also by Rocky Mountain Emmy.
