Why Is Jersey Shore Leaving Hulu In June 2023?

Jersey Shore is leaving Hulu because of the expiration of the streaming rights of Hulu. The right expires on July 2, 2023.

Expiry of streaming rights means the streaming services are no longer able to display the show. Almost every streaming platforms rely on licensing rights to stream a variety of content present in their respective library.

Unless and until it is an original show, the licensing right to stream movies and shows usually has an expiry date. The good thing about Hulu is that it informs its user about the expiry.

Whenever any show or movie is removed from Hulu, it tries to inform beforehand by moving the content that's expiring to the Expiring section of 'My Stuff' on the app.

The expiry usually happens at midnight. The only way to watch such shows or movies again is by researching which streaming service has the right.

In the case of Jersey Shore, season one to six is available on Paramount Plus.

Many viewers and critics have appreciated the non-scripted TV series for its interesting value and the authenticity element each member bought to the show.

On the other hand, on July 2, Hulu will be seen welcoming shows. Shark Attack Files: Complete Season 2, World’s Biggest Hammerhead?: Special Premiere, Sharks vs. Dolphins: Bahamas Showdown: Special Premiere and a few others are among them.

Jersey Shore will be streaming on Paramount Plus after leaving Hulu. The series is available on Hulu for two weeks.

Since there is not a single site offering all seasons of the 2018 series, the best way to keep up with the show would be to watch the first three seasons on Paramount+ and then buy seasons 4, 5, and 6 from Amazon Prime at $14.99 per month or $139 yearly.

Those having a subscription to FuboTV can stream Season 6 on it.

Jersey Shore: Family Vacation is coming back on August 3, 2023 on Thursday. However, it is not an official premiere date released by MTV.

Latest photos and videos from April 2023 hint that Season 7 is in motion but has not been confirmed by the network.

According to TMZ, Jersey Shore ex-lovers Ronnie Ortiz-Magro and Sammi 'sweetheart,' Giancola also appeared at the Margaritaville Resort in Orlando.

Apart from then Angelina Pivarnick, who was seen involved in a cyclonic engagement with her partner Vinny during season 6 and shocked the co-stars and fans will also star in the chapter.

Sammi and Ronnie's bitter relationship past might make this season the most dramatic one.

Sammi was one of the original cast members of Jersey Shore. Her relationship with Ronnie Ortiz-Margo started right from Season 1.

Ronnie was particularly Sammi's on-and-off boyfriend for eight years during the original season of MTV's Jersey Shore.

Sammi rejected the invitation to join the revival series Jersey Shore: Family Vacation. She has not appeared in any episode since the show premiered in 2018.

Sammi made it clear in her 2018 Instagram post that she doesn't want to be a part of the show as she has fully moved on in her life and is concentrating on her business and relationship with Justin May.

MTV disclosed Sammi's return to Season 7 with a teaser in May 2023.
