Jane Gurnett and Ray Fearon started dating in the 90s. The couple announced their separation in 2004.

At the age of 24, Fearon played Othello in Liverpool, alongside Gillian Kearney's Desdemona, becoming the actor to portray Othello on the RSC major stages in more than 40 years.

His other early stage performances included Ferdinand in The Tempest, Pete in Blues for Mr. Charlie, Betty/Martin in Cloud Nine, Longaville in Love's Labour's Lost, and Charles Surface in The School for Scandal.

Jane and Ray got together in the 90s. They had a beautiful relationship until they finally decided to part ways in 2004. It was an unusual kind of love for the couple as the woman is a decade senior to her man. 

In an interview with a reputed portal, Ray said that he was having difficulties finding love for himself after his breakup. Since then, apart from a few rumors here and there, he seems single and not dating anyone at the moment. 

Their Daughter

The couple gave birth to their daughter Rosa May in 1998. She is currently 24 years old, fully grown, and mature. However, her parents have chosen not to share her details with the media. 

It is said that Jane and ray co-parented her very well. They did everything they could to raise their little girl well.

Fans of Emmerdale believe they have met Faye before after seeing her out on a date with her new love interest during last night's excursion to the Dales.

After a catastrophic first date with cycling enthusiast Joy and being ghosted by another potential companion, Mary hoped her online dating efforts would be successful a third time. 

In the show that aired on Thursday night, Gurnett made a special appearance as Mary's date. While Mary was preoccupied with impressing her date, viewers at home were preoccupied with where they had previously seen Faye.

Many fans tried to identify the actress from a Facebook fan page called "Emmerdale Gossip and Spoilers," where they posted their guesses.

"Omg, who is Mary's new pal, I recognize her face but can't remember where from," wrote one disgruntled admirer.

It didn't take long for viewers to start attempting to identify the source of Faye's familiarity in the comments section. One Emmerdale supporter retorted: "She has appeared in many things. Just a few examples include Casualty, Frost, Dangerfield, and Doctors." 

The duration of Jane's appearance in Emmerdale is unknown. Her fans would love to see her as a recurring character, but this is for the makers to decide.
