Jaiden Fuda Birth Mother Brittany Malsch Amid Rachel Fuda Adoption Procedures

Jaiden Fuda birth mother Brittany Malsch was engaged to John Fua in 2007. She is currently serving her time at a facility.

The couple dated for four years and took it to the next step, per The Sun. 

However, after two years as an engaged pair, they decided to take their separate paths in 2009. After two years, John took sole custody of his son in 2011.

Malsch started a new relationship and has a second son.

The 35-year-old is in and out of jail for various charges, including laundering $250,000, burglary, and crystal methamphetamine possession in the first degree.

In December 2022, she was sent to Millicent Fenwick House, and she could discharge from the residential community release program in September 2023. 

She used to oversee her son occasionally up to 2017 before she got apprehended. At the same time, her ex-husband married Rachel Fuda.

Afterward, her son's father banned her from seeing her child in her halfway house. 

John, an investor, cut the connection between her and her entire household. Also, he has cut contact with Jaiden's younger brother. 

The inmate has a second son from her previous relationship.

Although she was far from Jaiden, she had never abandoned her son, but her ex-partner made it impossible to see him. 

The convict alleged John knew he could hurt her with these steps.

Her ex-fiance Fuda, and his new wife, Rachel, want to adopt her son Jaiden.

The inmate was in the dark about the process. If she signed the paper, she would legally lose the right to be a teen mom. 

She cannot bear to lose her son. As a result, she wanted to hire an attorney when she got released from prison. 

Jaiden lives with his father, John Fuda, and stepmom, Rachel Fuda. He was only two when his parents separated from each other.

John filed the custody in 2010. In June 2011, the tile manager got sole custody of his only son. 

As a result, he started living with his dad while his mother was involved in illegal activities. 

After his father remarried Rachel, he became the best friend of his stepmom.

He has his first experience in a reality TV show alongside Rachel, the co-founder of Valet King.

Their relationship made the reality star want to have her children biologically. 

While Rachel bartended at the 46 Lounge, they started dating and married in 2017.

The pair welcomed two daughters, Gianella Jolie and Giuliana Rose. The teenager has a good connection with his stepmom and his half-siblings. 

He even joins his parents in events. Once, he joined the Arthritis Foundation 2023 Evening of Honors.

The household made their first trip as a family of five on March 31, 2023.

The reality star wished her stepson his 16th birthday on January 23, 2023. She expressed she felt proud of the young man and loved being his mom.

Rachel and her spouse John visited an attorney Debra E. Guston for the adoption process of Fuda's 16-year-old son Jaiden, per Bravo.

Although The RHONJ star married John in 2017, she chose the process when she met the professional attorney in The Real Housewives of New Jersey Season 13. 

The TV personality shared about the teen boy's childhood, including the reason she stepped as a mom figure in the episode 'Driving Miss Crazy.'

John Fuda's second wife, Rachel Fuda, added Jadien's childhood was not normal as her mum never seemed around him.

While knowing it's hard for him, she wanted to adopt him for a long time. She added it's missing part of her life.

The co-founder of Valet King said she broke into tears learning that Malsch wanted to make it official by signing off the papers.

The reality TV star claimed the teen mum was never a parental figure for him.  

As the parent of two daughters, she added she could not imagine living without having any relationship with her children.

The television personality expressed she wanted to prove her stepson was her priority.

According to attorney Guston, they followed the New Jersey rules and received the approval.

Jaiden's Mom Spoke Out Against John Fuda

The mom of teen Malsch told The Sun she never received the request for adoption.

The source asked if she replied to the adoption papers, which have a 45-day period.

She was unfamiliar with the papers, and she had never heard about them from them.

In addition, she felt the storyline of Rachel is an excuse. She even added it's a poor miserable excuse and boring.

The inmate was shocked after the truth was twisted when she watched the May 2nd episode. She felt bad for her son as he lived a lie for the last seven years. 

Moreover, she claimed Fuda had cut contact with her family member and their son's little brother intending to make Rachel his mum.
