On May 24, Shaina took her social media handles to announce that she is leaving Fox 29.

She moved to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to join Fox 29 team in February, 2019. Before that she used to work as an anchor at KCCI TV where she spent six years of her career. 

Following her graduation, Humphries was appointed by KCCI Channel. She is highlighted for her unique way of connecting with the public. She was an active reporter during the four major election cycles. 

She worked closely in the KCCI "State of Addiction" in Iowa'a opioid addiction epidemic from 2017 to 2018. She used to anchor in 9 pm slots in KCCI News. 

Apart from news and reporting, Shaina is famous for flaunting her natural curly hair. She has now left the Fox 29 team in order to dwell into new projects. 

As per the official announcements, Shaina is going to work close to her hometown. 

Though no further details have been provided about her upcoming projects, the reporter announced on her Instagram that she is heading off on a new adventure closer to home. 

It can be speculated that she is no longer the resident of Philadelphia. Her hometown is in Chicago and it is possible that she might settle there. 

Shaina's current marital status is unmarried but she might announce her wedding and husband details soon. 

The Emmy-nominated reporter Shaina declared that she is engaged to her long-time boyfriend Scott on April 27. She has been very private when it comes to sharing about her love life. 

Humphries shared a lovely beach photo with her soon to-be husband showing her engagement ring. She met Scott while working in Iowa. 

The Good Day team also congratulated her and talked to her about her love life. 

The Fox 29 reporter might be shifting to a new home with her husband after getting married. This could be the reason, Shaina might have left the Fox 29 network.
