Chris Pincher has not talked about his sexuality. However, his remarks on the LGBTQ community have raised many questions regarding his sexuality. 

Apparently, Chris attacked males "because he is homosexual," not because he is a predator, and it is "simply what gay men do," according to one narrative. However, Sarah Dines, a Tory whip, has reportedly asked the victims of the alleged attacks if they are gay because "it doesn't make it clear."

Sexual assault victims may find the incident confused, upsetting, or difficult to recall. But assault is assault, plain and simple, from the outside and frequently from the perspective of the victim.

It is unmistakably about boundary violations and sexual assault, regardless of how much it is minimized, purposefully combined with issues related to drinking, or blamed on the victim as a result of antiquated assumptions about homosexual people.

The attitudes and replies to the charges have been purposefully indirect, such as Chris Pincher's claim that he "embarrassed" himself and others or Boris Johnson's framing of the circumstances as solely the result of an alcohol issue.

Due to the 2017 Westminster sexual misconduct claims, Chris Pincher resigned from his position as Comptroller of the Household (Assistant Whip) on November 5, 2017, and voluntarily reported himself to the Conservative Party's complaints system and the police.

Former Olympic rower and Conservative candidate Alex Story accused him of sexual abuse.

Story said in 2017 that Pincher had made unwanted sexual approaches toward him in 2001 after inviting Story to his apartment, where the MP massaged Story's neck and discussed his "future in the Conservative Party" before changing into a bathrobe.

Story recalled the incident and claimed that Pincher's approaches had caused him to come off as a "pound shop Harvey Weinstein."

Additionally, Pincher was charged with "touching up" ex-Labour MP Tom Blenkinsop, who yelled at him to "f*ck off." The examining panel for the Conservative Party concluded that Pincher had not violated the code of conduct on December 23, 2017.

Chris Pincher was not arrested. However, six fresh accusations against Pincher regarding actions from a decade ago surfaced on July 3, 2022.

Three accusations allege that Pincher made unwanted approaches toward other male MPs, two of which occurred in the legislator's office and one of which occurred in a bar inside the House of Commons.

According to reports, one complaint provided information to Downing Street in February and voiced worries about Pincher being the whip in charge of the welfare of other MPs. Pincher insisted he had no plans to leave his position as an MP.

Johnson announced his resignation as Conservative Party leader on July 7 but declared he would continue in office as prime minister until the conclusion of a leadership election in the fall of 2022.
