No, Elle King and Dierks Bentley are not married. But they have worked together on many musical projects.

Elle started her first step in her music career through her debut single called Good To Be A Man from RCA. The song let her make a base in the music industry. 

Later in 2014, she released Ex's & Oh's, the lead song off her debut album, which was an instant hit. The song peaked at number ten on the Billboard Hot 100. The song also won her two nominations for Best Rock Performance and Best Rock Song.
