Dj Khaled Parents Nationality: Where Are They From? Ethnicity And Background

Dj Khaled's parents' nationality is of an American, but before they were from Palestine. 

Khaled's parents arrived in the USA from the state of Palestine when they were in their early 20s. 

His mother was born in Ramallah, a 30,000-person city in the central West Bank. His father grew raised in Al-Mazra'a ash-Sharqiya, nine kilometers to the northeast.

It's a community that has lately gained the moniker "The Miami of the West Bank" due to an abundance of opulent villas built primarily by rich Palestinian ex-pats returning home to spend their fortunes earned elsewhere.

Khaled's father was not raised in one of such estates. Khaled claims that he arrived in America with barely $20.

To make a living, he and his wife sold clothes from their van at flea markets, frequently taking their son along for assistance.

He was raised as a Muslim and still considers himself one, but with a liberal view of the religion.

His family relocated from New Orleans to Orlando, where he attended Dr. Phillips High School, a public school located within walking distance of Universal's Islands of Adventure.

He began DJing in his garage when he was 13 years old, he recalls.

He had a piano, turntables, a drum machine, and a stack of albums ranging from The Isley Brothers and Parliament-Funkadelic to Sam Cooke and Bob James.

His parents didn't like hearing loud music every night, yet they backed him.

Dj Khaled's ethnicity is of a Palestinian Muslim, who is originated from Palestine. 

He and his family belong to Palestine, but his father and mother flew from Palestine to the USA, to have a better life. 

His parents have always been in support of his career as a DJ, and have always helped in the best way possible. 

Khaled has mentioned his journey from being a broke at the 20s to become the greatest DJ of all time, on the Miami New Times. 

As many should be aware of his achievements, and the struggle he has always talked about it. 

He has mentioned everything about his life in many different news publications, from being in Palestine to become the world's most renowned DJ.
