Alia Shawkat Arm Scar Has "Arrested Development" Fans Confused

Alia Shawkat scar has been a great concern among her fans. But the fact about the scar is still unknown.

They got to know about the scar in one of the episodes of the series. It is also visible in Season 1 Episode 8 of the series Search Party.

Her fans are making a lot of assumptions about the scar, but she hasn't come out and spoken about it yet.

Some of them have even assumed the scar can be of an arm surgery for a broken bone as they have similar-looking scars.

As the actress has not confronted anything about her scar we would like to think that fans are confused about her two tiny tattoos as a scar.

The fans have said the scar is near the forearm pit of both Alia Shawkat arm, that is where her little two tattoos are located.

Alia's tattoos are so tiny that they were not able to see them properly and figured it out. In the thread of the Reddit comment some of them have mentioned her unusual yet meaningful inked. 

Not only in her forearms but she has also got inked in various different places and all are tiny and carry great meaning to her.

Shawkat's tattoo has created curiosity among her fans with her various small yet meaningful tattoos. In total she has 5 tiny tattoos. 

The first one is Misty Jones Doodle's simple ink on her left forearm. 

Similarly, On the actress's right forearm, she has an acorn, the bottom half of which is enclosed in a triangle.

Also, on the back of her right shoulder, she has got inked a phrase called Mutant which is also very small in size, and one has to look properly to understand it.

On the back of her left shoulder, below the back of her neck, is a script tattoo that says, Mister Baby. 

The ink refers to a character in the movie Mystery Train directed by Jim Jarmusch in 1989. 

And lastly, a smiley little doodle tattoo of Mister Jones appears on the front of Alia's left shoulder, right above her collar bone, in the same strain as her left forearm.

The simplicity of the tattoo makes it really cute. The tattoo has simple lines, making it look like a pen sketch or newspaper comic, which is ideal for an animated character.

All of her inks are in a simple style that seems to suit her and her attitude. The ink placement is really deliberate, especially on the inside of her forearms.

Using only one ink is another reason these ink paintings work so well, as using entire colours might detract from part of their simplicity.

Alia prefers to dress elegantly. She likes to appear Organic and bold which flaunts her personality perfectly.

Shawkat also prefers to wear her hair in its natural form, which is quite curly, and no longer tries to straighten it all the time as she added.

She talked about her fashion choice in one of the interviews- "My biggest advice is that you just gotta rock it," she added. "Let it be wild, and it'll look cooler," she says.

Alia dislikes wearing a lot of makeup. This includes cosmetics for the face. She does wear some, but not enough to cover off her trademark, which is freckles.

While many individuals believe that their freckles are unattractive or that they should be covered up, the actress shares a positive relationship with hers.

Alia Shawkat had also shaved her head for the Search Party series. She said it was liberating to let go of her attachment to her hair.

But was very bothered by others' opinions; she was constantly asked about her mental health, and people assumed that she might be going through some rough phase in her life.

She explained the situation, "If some boy instead of me had shaven his head, then nobody would have asked anything of him".

 Because she is a girl and supposed to have beautiful hair on her head, people couldn't digest she cut her hair without having a mental breakdown."

Overall, the young actress likes to stay true to herself regarding appearances. She is bold and doesn't shy away from trying anything new to her appearance.
