In 2012, Linda Hogan made the public announcement that she and her much-younger fiancé, Charley Hill, had dissolved their engagement and parted ways.

Hulk Hogan's ex-wife announced the news on her Facebook page and gave her reasons for making the choice, including treatment and a lot of introspection.

Hill started dating the cougarlicious Linda in 2008; he is 29 years her junior and one year younger than her child Brooke, with whom he attended school. They then caused a stir in July 2010 when the Hulkster revealed the couple had become engaged.

The wedding, which was intended to take place aboard Hogan's boat titled Alimony where they were going to exchange vows, never happened, and Linda and Charley instead discussed their problems on VH1's Couples Therapy.

According to Linda's lawyer, Raymond J. Rafool, the Hogan Knows Best matriarch made the proper choice.

Linda Hogan has been out of the spotlight lately, despite being active on Twitter. Linda herself writes an animal rights activist on her Twitter profile and frequently shares articles that support animal causes.

In January 2022, Linda stated that she had rescued five puppies. Linda is also a devoted rescue dog parent.

Since she was the ex-wife of professional wrestler Hulk Hogan, Linda is most recognized for her career as a singer and media personality. She was born in Denver, Colorado, in August 1959.

The Hulk and Linda were wed on December 18, 1983. On May 5, 1988, they had their first child, Brooke. In 1990, on July 27, Nick was born.

2009 saw the conclusion of Linda and Hulk's two-year legal battle for divorce. 30 percent of their whole assets were taken by Linda. She earned 70% of their cash and 40% of the ownership in the Hulk's businesses, according to another estimate by E! Online.

Many people are confusing Charlie Hill, the first Native American comedian with Charley Hill, Linda's ex-boyfriend. They are two quite different people. It is Charlie who was paid tribute today by google doodle. 

Google has changed its homepage with a special Doodle today, July 6, in honor of Charlie Hill, in keeping with the tradition of honoring historical events that had a long-lasting impact on the world and individuals from various professions. Charlie would have turned 71 today.

In Detroit, Michigan, on this day in 1951, Charlie Hill was born. He lost his fight with lymphoma cancer on December 30, 2013, at the age of 62. Hill was the first person with Oneida, Mohawk, and Cree ancestry to appear on US national television.

He was the first to refute common TV show clichés about Native Americans.
