Why Is Ninjaboogie Fired?
After only three months together, Team SMG has parted ways with hard support player Michael "Ninjaboogie" Ross Jr.
In a statement released today, the Southeast Asian company, which is presently competing in Division I of the Dota Pro Circuit 2021/2022, hailed the 30-year-old for his "enthusiasm, hard work, and commitment."
Kicked because my mom was on her last days and they assumed it would affect my performance. I already knew for some time that this day will come. Since she had stage 4 cancer. She passed away on monday. Imagine being fired from a job because you are about to lose a loved one.

However, in direct response to the tweet, the Flipino-American athlete requested that the organization be more forthright.
Tell the public the real cause for his dismissal, the support player responded. He was booted since his mother "was in her last days," according to the athlete.

Ninjaboogie Age: Did His Mother Die?
The squad booted him because they feared his mother's death would influence his performance, as per Ninjaboogie, 30 years of age. His mother, who perished on Monday, had phase four cancer, so he had anticipated "this day would come" for a long time.
Similarly, Ninjaboogie gained a lot of encouragement from Dota 2 professionals and talent, who sympathized with him and the vexing position.
He reportedly wanted to rearrange his travel in order to spend more time with his family. However, the squad chose to continue without him after alerting the team leader MidOne of his choice.
