Angel del Villar has been arrested for possibly violating Kingpin Act according to Los Angeles Times. 

The law prohibits anyone in the United States from engaging in deals or transactions with people or businesses sanctioned by the Treasury Department.

FBI officers arrested Angel Del Villar, 41, of Huntington Beach, on Tuesday. He was released on $100,000 bail after appearing in federal court in downtown Los Angeles without making a plea.

If found guilty of breaking the Kingpin Act, he faces a maximum penalty of 30 years in federal prison. Individual A, a well-known artist who was explicitly informed of Perez's Kingpin Act status, played at a concert planned by Perez, where Del Villar's credit card was used to pay for a private aircraft that flew the musician from Van Nuys Airport to the performance in Aguascalientes, Mexico leading to Villar's arrest.
