John Michael Luttig is an American lawyer and the former United States Circuit Judge of the Fourth Circuit of the United States Court of Appeals. Luttig worked for the White House Counsel, Fred F. Fielding, for a year after graduating from law school on Burger's advice.

Luttig served in the Office of the Administrative Assistant to the Chief Justice of the United States Supreme Court. However, the suspicion turns out to be false, as another Twitter user clarified, "This is just how he speaks y'all! Stop dragging him cuz it's likely asphasia, a common result of mini-strokes & other medical conditions," adding his former interview to the tweet

His prior interview shows the way he normally talks, which recently fooled many people into believing the former federal judge was having some kind of medical emergency during his testimony.

He added, "had the Vice President of the United States obeyed the President of the United States, America would immediately have been plunged into what would have been tantamount to a revolution within a paralyzing constitutional crisis." 

Luttig concluded that January 6 "was the final fateful day for the execution of a well-developed plan by the former president to overturn the 2020 presidential election at any cost."
