Samantha was born in Tweed Heads, New South Wales an Australian aboriginal, English, and German heritage. 

The Aussie model is an advocate for indigenous women, especially the aboriginal and Torress Strait Islander heritage. She feels connected to the indigenous cultural background and feels proud to represent her heritage. 

Harris says that she still faces racism in many of her workplaces. She is quite vocal about the matters involving racism and she had also stated her opinion on the Black Lives Matter movement. 

Samantha grew up in the Northern Rivers region of New South Wales with her parents and three siblings. 

The model's mother Myrna Sussye originally belonged to the Dunghutti tribe. She is a notable member of the Indigenous Australian member of the Stolen Generations.

Samantha's father is Andrew Harris who is of German and English heritage. She was raised along with three of her brothers. 

Harris was one of the top four contenders among the 33 renowned Australian women in the Twinnings Tea Challenge 2017. Her intricate designs were inspired by her mother's aboriginal culture.

The indigenous model Samantha has been married to her husband Luke Hunt since 2014.

The couple were in a relationship for a long time and got married in a secret ceremony. They had managed to keep their marriage secret for about two years before Sam made an official announcement in 2016. 

Harris husband Luke was charged for involving in a fatal accident that led to the death of a 78-year-old elderly. The pair got married after Luke was paroled and before the sentence began.  

The aboriginal diva is very active on Instagram as @sam_harris where she shares her professional and personal life. 

Harris has more than 69.4 K followers on her verified Instagram account. Her bio says "Indigenous Model" which shows that she proudly represents her ethnicity. 

The popular model was seen in season 15 of the Australian reality show Dancing with the Stars. She was the former ambassador for the health and beauty line Priceline. 

Harris currently lives with her husband and her fur babies in Sydney, New South Wales. She posts about her husband and her mother quite often on her Instagram.
