She taught culinary instructions at Institute of Culinary Education, which is located in Ney York City of the United States of America. a reputed chef and a television host, she has a captivating persona and her skills of amending a food item and making it tasty and well presented is appreciated by the food industry worldwide. She has been affiliated with Food Network for shows like Secrets of a Restaurant chef and Worst Cooks in America. She also appears alongside Mario Batali in Iron Chef America as well as a series called The Best Thing I Ever Ate. Born in September 21, 1969 in Cazenovia of the New York Province in United States of America, she was a passionate foodie from her early age who loved to cook and serve. She was a student in Canisus College based in Buffalo, where she completed her graduation in Bachelors of Arts majoring in English and Communication in the year 1991. She then went on to attend Culinary Institute of America, where she graduated in Associate in Occupational Studies in 1996. She also attended Italian Culinary Institute for Foreigners to perfect her international cooking skills of various Italian food items.

 

Her talented skills in cooking Italian cuisines based her in Italy, where she worked in numerous restaurants. Her months of hard work was not worthy of her profound interest in Italian cooking scenario. She had a job in La Bottega del ’30 in Italy. She then returned to America and worked as a supportive souse chef in Felidia assisting a well-known celeb chef Lidia Bastianich. Her link with the celebrity chef improved her experience and capitalized her career. She then was provided with opportunity to work as a chef in Savoy, which also led to her teaching career. Chef Mario Batali approached her as a chef for Italian Wine Merchants. Then her career was booming to pick up the speed, as she got involved in Centro Vinoteca as an executive chef. Being a expert in Italian cuisines she had other opportunities running her way to be a part of various Italian restaurants but she gave them all up to finally open her own place in New York in 2010.

 

Her career in television was propelled, as she was associated with Mario Batali as a sous chef. She then had the privilege to work with him on-screen in Food Network’s Iron Chef America. She continued to associate with Mario as a support, since she had her career turnover after being associated with him. Her next venture in the television industry was Secrets of a Restaurant Chef in June 29, 2008 followed by another series of cookery show in 2009 named The Best Thing I Ever Ate broadcasted by Food Network. The shows enhanced her career and made her as celebrity chef. She had the charismatic personality with equally equipped skills to captivate the audience and create a unique meal every time she appeared on screen. She then affiliated herself in as reality show displaying contemporary contestants to better their performance as a chef inn a show called Worst Cooks in America, which she hoisted alongside Chef Beau MacMillan in January 3, 2010. The show continued its series of seasons but Mac Millan got replaced by Robert Irvine. The next season which got on screened in 2012 got her a new co-host Chef Bobby Flay replacing Irvine. She continuously won the competition in every season and made her much acclaimed fame even better. She has appeared in numerous other shows like the Guy Fieri Roadshow, Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, Celebrity Silhouette and Chef Wanted with Anne Burrell.
